摘　　要：以信息经济时代为背景,利用竞争情报分析的方法,在分析了竞争环境要素与企业需求的基础上,运用平衡计分卡,发挥系统整合的优势,引入运筹学中的最优化方法,促进企业招聘职能的最优化,提升招聘竞争优势,促进企业战略的实现。The background of this thesis is information economic period,it based on analyzing the environment factors and enterprise requirement, combining the competitive intelligence and BSC, exerting the integration advantage of system,bringing in optimization method of operational research,promoting the optimization of enterprise recmitment function and recruitment competition advantage, fulfilling the strategy of enterprise.
