摘　　要：本文通过分析吴阶平在医学教育领域的先进理念和在育人过程中的成功经验，探讨了吴阶平的医学教育思想。吴阶平将国际先进的医学教育思想引入我国的医学教育中，形成了适合我国医学教育模式的创新理念，促进了我国医学教育的发展。吴阶平在医学教育理论和实践方面成果丰硕。吴阶平关于医学教育目的、医学教育改革、教师素养提高、自觉成长、重视唯物辩证法学习等教育思想，对当今医学教育的改革与发展仍然具有重要的指导意义。The article discusses WU Jie-ping＇ s thought on medical education by analyzing his advanced concepts in medical education and experiences in cultivation. WU Jie-ping has brought internationally advanced thought on medical education into ours and created the concepts adapted to Chinese medical education which designates the direction of the development of our medical education. He has fruitful achievements on medical education practices and researches with many theses on the field and excellent medical staff trained. Also his education thought on medical education aim and revolution, teachers＇ accomplishment improvement, self-pullulating and focus on materialistic study still have important directive sense on the development of the modem medical education.
