摘  要:超声波电动机转子与摩擦材料间的界面裂纹影响着整个电机的可靠性和寿命。采用较符合实际接触状况的柔性转子和刚性定子模型,通过有限元软件,得到超声波电动机转子与摩擦材料间界面裂纹尖端的应力强度因子的计算方法,对转子与摩擦材料之间的界面断裂研究,以及确定其界面加工与黏结工艺具有一定的实际价值。Interfacial cracks between the ultrasonic motor rotor and the friction material affected the reliability and life expectancy of the motor. In this paper, the model of flexible rotor and rigid stator for analysis were used. The calculation method was got which could calculate the crack tip stress intensity factor between the ultrasonic motor rotor and the friction material by using the finite element software. This stress intensity factor had some practical value of the analysis of interracial fracture between the ultrasonic motor rotor and the friction material. It also had some practical value of manufacture.
