摘  要:本文论述了微格教学的涵义及进行微格教学训练采取的措施,指出微格教学对培训师范生教学技能的优越性,最后提出微格教学技能训练的新模式。通过微格教学的训练,为在校师范生提供教学实践的机会,使他们头脑中逐步建立有意义的教学概念,提高他们的教学技能,使他们成为高素质的合格教师。The meaning, measures and steps of micro - teaching are discussed in this article. As a means to improve the students" teaching skill, superiorities of microteaching are analyzed, So, a kind of new teaching mode on microteaching education is put forward. Through trairming microteaching, students are offered opportunity of practice, so that meaningful teaching concepts established in their minds. It can improve their teaching skill and make them become qualified teachers.
