摘　　要：应用高效液相色谱法对奶牛分娩后1～3d初乳中18种氨基酸的含量变化进行了分析。结果表明：初乳中各种氨基酸的含量均随泌乳时间的延长而下降，谷氨酸的含量在第1天达到最高，而蛋氨酸的含量是初乳氨基酸中最低的。The contents of 18 kinds of amino acid in cow colostrum from 1 to 3 days were analyzed by HPLC method. The results indicated that the contents of amino acid was decreasing with time went by. In the first day the content of Glu was the highest and the Met was the least amino acid in the colostrum.
