摘　　要：随着高等教育的快速发展,素质教育已成为人们探讨的重要课题.文章从物理化学的教学实际出发,探讨了在教学中如何培养学生科学思维能力及创新精神,教育者本身应具有怎样的综合素质,怎样通过实验教学环节提高学生的综合素质,以及利用现代教学手段提高学生的学习兴趣,以提高物理化学的教学质量.With the fast development of higher education, quality education has been become an important topic for discussion. From the teaching practice of physical chemistry, some aspects were discussed to improve the teaching quality of physical chemistry in this paper, including how to cultivate the scientific thinking ability and innovation spirits in the teaching process, what comprehensive quality the educationer should possess, how to improve the comprehensive quality through experimental teaching steps and to stimulate students＇ learning interests by using modern teaching methods.
