摘　　要：从PLC课程实践教学的培养目标出发,分析了本专业适应时代需求的创新人才的特征,探讨了科技创新教育与实践教学在培养创新人才中的重要作用,并结合PLC课程实践教学改革的特点介绍了培养创新型人才的初步实践体会。This paper analyzed the characteristic and actuality of PLC teaching, and discussed the important function of creative education and practical teaching in professional education. At last, it put through a PLC exploration based on the characteristie of automation specialty in our university and introduced our experience.
