摘  要:目的研究碱法提取川芎多糖的最佳工艺条件。方法采用单因素实验和正交设计研究温度、时间、氢氧化钠溶液浓度、料液比对川芎多糖提取的影响。结果提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度为95℃,提取时间为150 min,氢氧化钠溶液浓度为0.8 mol/L,料液比1∶200(g/ml)。结论碱法提取川芎多糖提取率较低。Objective To study the optimum process of extracting polysacchandc in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Methods Using single factor experiment and orthogonal design, the effect of temperature, extraction time, concentration of NAOH and ratio of solid to liquor on the extraction of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort polysaecharide were studied. Results Optimum technological condition are as follows: extraction temperature 95℃, treatment time 150 min, ratio of solid to liquor at i: 200 and concentration of NAOH at 0.8 mol/L. Conclusion The product of polyssacharidcs by alkaline is lower.
