摘  要:为了明确桑树遗传因素对桑叶总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性的影响,对101个桑树品种的桑叶总黄酮含量及其总抗氧化活力、清除.OH和O2-.能力进行了测定。结果表明:桑叶总黄酮含量存在明显的基因型差异,不同品种桑叶总黄酮含量与体外总抗氧化活力以及清除.OH和O2-.的能力呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),其相关系数(r)分别为0.864 8、0.768 1和0.688 5。由此认为:桑叶的药用开发应加强桑品种资源筛选,桑叶总黄酮含量可作为桑叶药用品质的检测指标之一。In order to determine the effect of genetic factors on the total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity in mulberry leaves, we investigated the total flavonoid content, T-AOC(total antioxidant capacity), SHRC ( scavenging hydroxyl radical capacity) and SSARC(scavenging superoxide anion radical capacity) in mulberry leaves from 101 varieties in this paper. The results indicated that the total flavonoid content displayed significant difference among different genotypes. The correlation between the total fiavonoid content and T- AOC, SHRC and SSARC was significantly positive( P 〈0.01 ), and the correlation coefficient was 0. 864 8, 0. 768 1 and 0. 688 5, respectively. The above results indicated that it should be strengthened to select the suitable mulberry variety for purpose of medicine exploitation, and the total flavonoid content in mulberry leaves can be used as one of quality indices.
