普通高校“三自主”体育选项课难点与对策研究

摘　　要："三自主"体育选项课已是普通高校实行体育教学改革发展的必然,但在实施过程中发现,很多高校存在一些共性问题,特别是一些学生兴趣比较集中的项目,与现有场地设施明显不足、师资力量匮乏等的矛盾突出,如何缓解这些矛盾是目前普通高校实施选项课教学要共同面对的问题,通过对选课过程中出现问题的分析,提出了有针对性的解决方法。＂ Three -initiative＂ PE elective course is the inevitable trend of reform and development of PE teaching in universities, however, there are some common problems in the process of its execution, among which the contradiction between the increasing demand on the events students are most interested in and the insufficient sports grounds, equipment and insufficient teaching staff is the most striking. Based on the practice, this article analyzes the different problems in the PE course selection, accordingly puts forward some feasible solutions.
