摘　　要：机器翻译涉及的技术很多。本文的主要工作有三部分:第一部分论述词处理的一些方法;第二部分讨论句型转换技术;第三部分探讨汉英机器翻译时译文生成的处理,包括建立汉英机器翻译的时态转换、相关匹配规则等。The machine translation involves many technologies. This paper comprises three parts：the first part discusses some methods of word processing;the second part discusses the syntactic transfer technique; the third part describes the treatment that target-language generates for the Chinese-English machine translation, including the establishment of tense transformation and the related matching rule of Chinese-English machine translation, and so on.
