摘　　要：从实际应用ＶＣ＋＋语言进行设计程序的角度出发，介绍了ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ＋＋编程环境，并分９个步骤给出了一个应用实例的具体实施。Development of a daily parameter intelligent controller and solutions of main problems during developing it has been deccribed.Especially as for city lighting and on and off time intelligent control of color lights for beautifying city,the method of computing day and night time is presented according to local absolute time,longitude and latitude,which will provide lights with change capability during day and night of different season as without electro-optical sensor.The control system with 89 C2051 single chip processor and clock calendar chip DS 12887,is small in size,powerful function and high reliability.
