摘　　要：根据全国教育科学"十五"规划重点课题"西南地区农村中小学教育跨越式发展研究"构建的农村教育跨越式发展理念和"‘一本四维’跨越式发展模式",在川、黔、滇三省16县(市、区)200余所中小学开展实验研究,取得了显著成效,推进了实验县农村教育跨越式发展。According to the conception of speeding up the rural education andFour-dimensional speeding-up progress model, which is based on The Fifteenth important subject and plan of national education science--Research on Speeding up the Elementary and Secondary Schools＇Progress of China Southwest Rural Education, we have carried an experimental research on about 200 elementary and secondary schools of 16 counties in three provinces such as Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunan.It helps us get a great achieventment and advances those counties to speed up well.
