摘　　要：人化教育的时代内涵,即通过教育发展人的主体性、情绪智慧、创新精神和崇高的价值观,从而实现精神立国的教育使命,完成党的十七大提出的"建设人力资源强国"这一国家现代化战略的奠基工程。People-oriented education refers to developing people＇s subjectivity, emotional wisdom, creative spirit and lofty values by education, thus fulfilling the educational mission of building our country through spirit and complet- ing the foundation project of establishing a strong country of human resources, which is a strategy of modernizing our country and was put forward at the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
