摘　　要：给出了三心定理的一种严谨的新证明，同时得出平面运动三构件角速度与瞬心距的关系，最后给出了该关系的两个应用实例。This paper deals with a new strict proof for three center theorem. It draws a relationship between angular velocity and distance of instantaneous center in three members moved on a plane. As a result, two applications of this relationship have been brought out.
