摘 要:淀粉烯基琥珀酸酯是烯基琥珀酸酐和淀粉在碱性条件下反应的产物,主要用于乳化和增稠,同时可用作微胶囊壁材^[1]。酯化后的淀粉物理化学特性发生了很大变化^[2],可广泛应用于纺织、食品、造纸、医药等多个领域^[3]。国外对该类淀粉酯的合成及性质研究已经非常普遍并加以推广应用^[4],其中应用广泛的淀粉酯有辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯(SSOS)和十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯(SSDS)。The cyclohexenyl succinic starch ester (SSCS) was prepared using maize starch and sunflower oil as raw materials. The influencing factors on the substitution degree has been well studied, and then the obtained optimum technology conditions were showed as follows: the reaction temperature was 70℃, the amount of catalyzer was 4% to the reactant, the amount of esterifying agent was 15% to that of the starch, and reaction time was 6h. The structure of product was characterized with FT-IR spectrum. The properties of the sunflower oil succinic starch ester were investigated too, the results indicated that SSCS was in line with the characteristics of pseudoplastic fluid, and its solubility increased correspondingly.
