摘　　要：利用有限元方法计算了纵弯式压电微电机自然频率和固有振型。相应的实验表明，利用该分析方法所得结果与实测值有较好的一致性。お? Using FEM, the natural frequency of Longitudinalbending piezoelectric micromotor is calculated, and the calculation result shows that it is consistent with the experiment, and it puts forward a theory foundation for investigating the natural frequency of piezoelectric micromotors. 
