重庆市农村地区小学英语教师专业素质现状调查分析

摘　　要：第十一个五年计划中,教育部决定把提高农村义务教育的水准放在大力发展和提高农村中小学教师职后培训上。要对农村中小学教师进行有效的培训,就必须了解他们的专业素质及教学现状。本调查反映了重庆市部分农村地区近几年来小学英语教师队伍的数量、学历结构、专业素质、教学状况等基本信息;指出了目前我市农村小学英语教师在专业素养和教学能力方面存在的主要问题,并简要分析了产生这些问题的主要原因。In the 11th Five-Year program, Ministry of Education decided to develop teachers＇ training in order to improve the quality of compulsory education in rural regions. To perform an effective teachers＇ training asks for a good investigation and analysis of trainees. This paper describes parts of primary English of teachers＇ professional states in some of Chongqing distant suburbs, points out the major professional problems in the areas and finally briefly analyzes the reasons that start the problems. teaching and teaching and
