摘　　要：技术的价值负荷性是技术伦理的存在之基,而对于技术的价值负荷性,只有从技术本身即技术的含义和本质来深刻理解,才能为技术伦理的存在及其研究提供坚实的基础。The existing basis of technologic ethic lies in the value load property of technology, with which only we understand from technology itself, i.e. the meaning and essence of technology; we can provide a strong supporting basis for the existence of technologic ethic as well as its research and studying.
