摘　　要：利用逆M矩阵的定义和理论,给出逆M矩阵的三个相似的结构性质,得到了与逆M矩阵相关的复数域上n阶矩阵为正的必要条件,同时证明了任一n阶矩阵与逆矩阵之和仍是逆矩阵的结论.By using the definition of the Inverse M- Matrix and the theory for the Matrix, this paper presents three similar structure properties of Inverse M- Matrixes, and one necessary condition for an n × n Positive Matrix in the complex number field, and concludes the summation Matrix of an arbitrary n × n Matrix and an Inverse M - Matrix is an Inverse M. Matrix.
