我国高等体育院校术科教师职业压力的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法,对高等体育院校术科教师职业压力的现状进行了调查研究,研究结果表明:高等体育院校术科教师承受着较大的职业压力。高等体育院校术科教师职业压力主要来源于科研任务、工作负荷量、职称晋级、学生上课时的安全问题、各种检查评比、待遇问题、所教班级学生数量以及外语能力要求。在应对方式方面大多数术科教师都是采取积极的应对方式,不断努力提高自身素质是减缓压力很有效的途径。By using the method of documentary, questionnaire, data statistics and interview, this paper makes investigation on current condition of the professional pressure on sports teachers in sport colleges in China. The result shows that sports teachers in sport colleges have heavy professional pressure. The pressure comes out of research assignment, work load, standard of occupation, students＇ safety in class, all kinds of examination and approval, treatment problems, the increasing number of students in class and the ability of foreign language. Most of teachers take positive attitude towards those problems, working hard to improve one＇s own abilities is a useful way to reduce pressure.
