浅谈高职院校加强人文素质教育的对策

摘　　要：学生人文素质缺失是当前我国高职院校面临的一个突出问题。为此,必须转变教育观念,确立人文教育与技能教育并重的教育理念,把人文素质教育纳入教学计划,充分发挥专业教师在人文素质教育中的主导作用,营造良好的校园文化氛围,建立科学的人文素质评价体系,提高人文素质教育的成效。Lack of humane quality is a grave problem that higher vocational colleges confront in China today. After graduation, when coming across challenges and frustration, the students can easily lose their peaceful feeling to face the reality. The article discusses the significance of opening the education of humane quality, and puts forwards that the educational concepts must be changed, that the concepts of laying equal stress on both humane education and skillful education should be built. The education of humane quality should be brought into the teaching plan and the teachers＇leading roles in the education of humane quality should be fully brought into play so as to build good campus culture and scientific evaluation system in humane quality and improve the effects of the education of humane quality.
