临床护生职业生涯规划教育需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解临床护生对职业生涯规划的了解及需求，为开展教育提供依据。方法对24名不同学历层次护生进行访谈和小组讨论，按现象学研究方法整理分析资料。结果临床护生对职业生涯规划有较强烈的需求，需求程度与实习进度相关。结论职业生涯规划教育对临床护生有重要意义，临床教学中需在不同阶段加强教育与引导，帮助护生顺利完成角色转变。Objective To know the understanding and need of clinical nursing student for career planning, and provide the evidence for the development of education. Methods 24 nursing students with different educational backgrounds were interviewed and received a group discussion. The analysis data were sorted according to the research method of phenomenology. Results The clinical nursing students had strong neeed for the career planning, and the degree of need was correlated with practice progress. Conclusions The education of career planning has important meaning to the clinical nursing students. The education and instruction should be strengthened in the different stage, thereby helping the nursing students complete the role transition successfully.
