精神科门诊患者连续500例分析

摘　　要：本文分析了连续500例精神科门诊患者的性别、年龄、婚姻状况、职业和地域分布的构成比,尤其是主诉和疾病诊断。指出主诉的多样性和以躯体不适为主诉者多是精神科门诊患者的特点,并对神经症在精神科门诊诊断中所占的比例降低进行了讨论。At pressent, Psychiatric clinics play an importent role in mental health service in our country. The ratios of sex, age, malriage state, occupation, address distribufion, complain and diagosis of 500 successive outpatient cases in a psychiutric clinic were analyzed. There were various complains in the outpatients, and many of thear were on physical trouble. The number diagnosed as neurosis, especially neurasthenia, was decreased, and that might reflect the change of the diagnostic comception.
