摘  要:指出了影响企业家薪酬的相关因素,应用因子分析方法对湖北上市公司业绩进行分析,对影响企业家薪酬的相关因素进行回归分析,得出结论:湖北上市公司企业家薪酬和企业业绩不具有相关性,认为目前企业家薪酬制度没有有效地激励企业家,并对此提出相关建议.This paper firstly points out the relatively factors of the entrepreneurs' compensation, then analyzes the listed companies' performance by factor analysis method, and then analyzes the relatively factors of the entrepreneur's compensation through the regression analysis with the result of the analysis of the listed companies' performance. The conclusion is there's no relativity between the entrepreneurrs compensation and the enterprises' performance, so this paper thinks the compensation of companies hasn't stimulated their entrepreneurs effectively and hands out some suggestions to change the situation above.
