摘　　要：用常规方法测定了贵阳市场上１１种饮料的部分理化指标，发现有５种符合质量与卫生要求，其余６种均不符合。Some of the physical- chemical indicatrixes of eleven kinds of beverage from Guiyang market were determined. The results showed that five kinds fulfilled the qulity requirements and the others were inferior products.
