摘　　要：本文以时间为径，简要叙述了激励理论在西方发达国家的发展情况及其主要内容。从本文的概述中可以看出激励理论已经从最初对个体（员工）的激励的关注发展到对产业组织一企业激励的研究，而且取得了丰硕的成果。This article narrates briefly the development survey and main content of motivation theory in western developed countries on time order. It＇ s found that the motivation theory research had developed form individual to corporation which has gained a lot of achievement
