模拟不同垂直距离时颌面部软组织的计算机辅助测量分析

摘　　要：垂直距离的正确重建是义齿制作的关键，要全面地评价修复效果和颜面外观，对软组织形态的研究是非常必要的。本研究模拟4种不同的垂直距离，并采用计算机图象分析系统，对19名正常者，牙失交错位时的33项与垂直距离相关的颜面测量项目进行测量分析。结果：（1）获得了21～24岁年龄组正常者不同垂直距离时的颌面部软组织的参考值；（2）当垂直距离增高＞3．0mm时唇下部的角度测量项目受到明显的影响，进一步的相关分析显示垂直距离与唇下部的角度测量项目呈正相关关系。提示：垂直距离变化将对唇下部软组织形态特别是角度变化产生明显的影响。In this study,33 parameters relating to vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO)of 19 subjects' maxillofacial soft tissues of four different vertical dimensions (VDs) were measured. All of them were in intercusping position, with the technique of digital imaging analysis. The findings as follows: (1)A set of normal values of facial soft tissues' parameters of four different VDs was established,which was suitable for the age group of 21-24 years old.(2)When the VD was raised to the certain height(H4),it would affect the size of angle of the inferior soft tissue of lip distinctly, furthermore, the correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the variance of VDs and the size of angle of the inferior softtissue of lip. SO it is suggested that the variance of VDs would arouse the change of the inferior soft tissues of lip,especially its size of angle,is very correspondingly and obviously.
