中晚孕超声筛查在21-三体综合征产前诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚孕超声筛查在21-三体综合征产前诊断中的价值。方法对18例脐血或羊水染色体核型分析确诊为21-三体的胎儿声像图进行回顾性分析。结果18例21-三体中,10例为胎儿畸形,3例单纯颈项软组织增厚,5例无超声异常发现。10例胎儿畸形中4例为单一畸形,6例为两个部位以上畸形。结论中晚孕超声筛查对产前诊断21-三体综合征具有重要的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound screening 21-tirsome syndrome in prenatal diagnosis of late pregnancy. Methods To retrospective analysis ultrasound images of 18 cases 21-trisome syndrome karyotype analysis in cord blood and amniotic fluid. Results There are 10 cases fetal malformation,3 cases nuchal translucency enlarge,5 cases normal in 18 cases.4 cases fetal malformation are single ,6 cases are combing malformation. Conclusion Ultrasound screening 21-tirsome syndrome is very important in prenatal diagnosis of late pregnancy.
