摘　　要：从儒学论及的君子人格及其核心"仁"的角度,提出"仁"作为心理咨询者人格修养的出发点;参照君子人格,结合心理咨询工作,讨论了咨询者的人格修养标准。儒学有助于中国心理咨询工作者人格修养的进步和完善,进而有助于中国的心理咨询事业。The benevolence as a start point of cultivation of counselor＇ s personality has been presented, from the perspective of the superior＇ s personality of complete virtue and its core of benevolence demonstrated in Confucianism. Based on the superior＇ s personality, a discussion on the criteria of the counselor＇ s personality has been done with counseling practice. Confucianism is beneficial to the improvement and perfection of Chinese counselor＇ s personality, and moreover, to the Chinese counseling course.
