摘　　要：在全球呼唤企业社会责任的今天,社会企业作为一种改变世界的新经济模式发展迅速。社会企业兼具传统公益组织与商业企业的特点,又与二者存在差别和联系。社会企业的概念具有深刻的内涵,并具有特殊的性质和特征,关于其产生条件和发展状况的考察将有利于对社会企业存在和发展的意义以及企业社会责任的更深理解。This article indicates that social enterprises are developing fast as a new economic mode which changes the world in certain degree. Combining the characteristics of both traditional commonwealth organizations and commercial corporations, they are not in complete conformity to the alove, also It is necessary to observe their origination and development in the study of the significance and responsibility of social enterprises.
