摘　　要：在分析影响牛初乳营养成分稳定性的各因素基础上,综述了目前的牛初乳及其制品加工工艺以及各种方法的特点,尤其是牛初乳杀菌工艺,以供生产实践参考。The processing technology of bovine colostrums products have been summarized on the basis of discussing the various aspects work on the nutriments of bovine colostrurn. The sterilization and drying methods which are the key technology of the whole processing were em- phasis to supply references to practice.
