摘　　要：文章对目前我国东西部地区高等教育非均衡发展的表现及成因进行了分析,提出了完善高等教育经费财政转移支付制度、实施政府区域补偿政策、构建西部地区高校吸引人才的环境、调整西部地区高校专业设置等对策,以实现我国东西部地区高等教育的均衡发展。The paper has carded on the analysis to the higher education in east and west of Chinese non- balanced development performance and the origin has suggested that improving higher education for the financial transfer payment system, implementing the regional government compensation policy, constructing the western colleges and universities to attract talent environment, adjusting the western university professional settings, the promotion high education of east and west balanced development.
