摘　　要：通过对５４例小儿恶性淋巴瘤的临床病理分析，对小儿恶性淋巴瘤的诊断、组织学类型特点及与发病年龄、部位、临床分期和愈后关系进行了讨论，结果提示小儿非霍奇金淋巴瘤和霍奇金淋巴瘤二者的发病年龄、临床表现、部位和愈后均有所不同。In discussing the diagnose, histological type character and occurred of age、site、clinical stage and prognosis of malignantlymphoma in children, through clinic ophatologicl analisis of 54 cases malignantlymphoma in children, author indicated that there is differential in occurred of age, chinical picture, site and prognosis between Non Hodgkin′s and Hodgkin′s Lymphoma.
