摘  要:试验研究了FAI直喷系统在50 cm3二冲程摩托车发动机上应用的可行性,着重研究了在小节气门开度和节气门全开条件下,喷油方向、喷油提前角以及喷油量对排放、经济和动力性能的影响。试验结果表明,直喷发动机在节气门全开时的燃油消耗率(BSFC)和碳氢排放(BSHC)最多可比原机降低45%和80%,有效输出转矩也略有增加。在大负荷下,BSFC和BSHC接近4冲程发动机的水平。小节气门开度时,通过推迟喷油可以实现分层燃烧,BSFC和BSHC也比原机有所下降,但仍比4冲程发动机高很多。The feasibility of utilizing FAI injection system on a 50 cm^3 , twostroke motorcycle engine is studied experimentally. Injection directions, injection timing and fueling are studied specially at the small and full throttle opening conditions to clarify their effects on emissions, fuel economy and engine power. Experimental results show that, the brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) and brake specific hydrocarbon emission (BSHC) can be decreased by 45% and 80% respectively at full throttle opening. BSFC and BSHC are close to those of four-stroke engine at the heavy load. At small throttle opening, BSFC and BSHC are decreased compared to the carbureted engine, but the values are still higher comparing to those of four-stroke engine.
