摘　　要：国有企业作为一种经济组织,应该以经济效益最大化为目标。在利益相关者理论视角下,探讨国有企业的社会责任具有重大的现实意义和理论意义。国有企业应该考虑利益相关者的利益,在追求经济效益最大化的同时,应该比非国有企业承担更多的社会责任,实现经济效益与社会效益的内在契合。State-owned enterprises as an economic organization, should be to maximize economic benefits for the goal. In the perspective of stakeholder theory, to explore the social responsibility of the state-owned enterprises is of great practical and theoretical significance. State-owned enterprises should take into account the interests of stakeholders. While in the pursuit of maximum economic benefits, they should take more social responsibilities than non-state-owned enterprises, to achieve of the internal fit economic efficiency and social benefits.
