摘　　要：介绍一种导热油液相循环供热系统,该系统操作简单、安全可靠、适用范围广泛且节能效果显著,在食品加工中有广泛的应用价值。A heating system which the liquid -phase circulation of heat - conducting oil, with simple process, high reliability, wild range of application and excellent effect of energy saving was introduced. It had wide use value in food processing.
