摘 要:研究了发酵法提取枸杞多糖的工艺。在枸杞粗提液中分别接入葡萄酒酵母和酒精酵母以利用其中的单糖,从而达到进一步纯化枸杞多糖的目的。研究了过滤条件、浸提时间、浸提次数等因素对提取枸杞多糖含量的影响。The conditions of extracting polysaccharide from Medlar by fermentation were studied in this paper. The medlar polysaccharide was further purified through decreasing the concentration of monosaccharides in medlar extract obtained by inoculating wine yeast and alcohol yeast. The effects of filtration conditions, extract period and time on extracted content of monosaccharides were also investigated.
