关于应用型本科院校师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：社会对人才需求的多层次性,决定着高校定位的多样性;人才培养目标和规格的不同,决定着对师资要求也不相同。应用型本科院校因其人才培养类型的特殊性,其师资培养也应具有鲜明特色。由于我国应用型本科院校大都建校时间不长,其师资队伍还不能满足培养应用型人才的需求,因此,打造一支高素质的应用型师资队伍是培养高素质应用型人才的关键所在。The diverse demands our society for the talents decide the diversity of university orientation; the different cultivation aims and training specifications bring about the various requirements for the teacher competence. Therefore, based on the needs to cultivate particular mode of talents, it is necessary for the applied university to develop specific ways to cultivate qualified teachers. Because of its short history in China, the applied university still lacks teaching teams that can meet the demands for cultivating applied talents; hence the construction of highly qualified teaching teams is crucial for the cultivation of applied talents with high quality.
