摘  要:通过对基质固相分散吸附剂、淋洗剂、样品填料比等处理条件的优化研究,建立了植物油中22种农药残留分析方法,即基质固相分散—气相色谱法,实现对植物油中8种拟除虫菊酯类和14种有机磷类农药残留的同时测定。加标实验结果表明,22种农药回收率均在80.6%~110.3%之间,相对标准偏差均小于4.9%;8种拟除虫菊酯类农药检出限为0.000 5mg/kg^0.015mg/kg,14种有机磷类农药检出限达到0.01mg/kg^0.05mg/kg。本方法操作简便,成本低,回收率高,精密度好。Absorbent eluent and proportion of sample and filling were investigated. With the optimization of pretreatment, a method was developed based on matrix solid - phase dispersion combined with GC for the multiresidue analysis of 22 pesticides in vegetable oil. It could detect and quantify 8 pyrethroid and 14 organophosphorus pesticides residue in vegetable oil. Spiked experiments for the test of recoveries, the mean recoveries were found in the range of 80.6% to 110.3% with relative standard deviation under 4.9%. The detection of the 8 pyrethroid pesticides were in the range of 0. 000 5 mg/kg to 0.015 mg/k9 and the 14 organophosphorus pesticides were in the range of 0.01 mg/kg to 0.05 mg/kg. This method had precision and was simple and easy to apply.
