摘　　要：从香精香料的来源、分类、应用、国内外香精香料的发展对比以及香精香料的分析方法等方面对香精香料的现状及发展趋势和香精香料行业标准作了系统地阐述。The current situation and development trend as well as the industrial standards of food essences and flavourings are systematically elaborated in combination with their source, classification and use, the comparison of their evolution at home and abroad, and their analysis methods.
