摘　　要：广州地区职业教育已经达到了较高的发展水平,但依然面临资金与优质师资短缺、教育资源分散、办学主体单一等挑战。职业院校、政府和职业教育部门应该共同努力,通过加大投入、机制创新、资源整合等多种方式,开创本地职业教育发展的新优势。Vocational education in Guangzhou has reached a higher level of development, but is still facing quite a few challenges, for example, shortage of funds and good teachers, scattered educational resources and simple leveled education categories. Vocational institutions, governments and vocational education departments should join efforts to create new situations in local vocational education development through greater investment, innovation mechanism, and integration of resources.
