摘　　要：报告了气相色谱法测定粮食中Ｔ－２毒素的方法。采用三氯甲烷和无水乙醇提取，正已烷除脂，活性炭－中性氧化铝柱甲醇水梯度洗脱，ＴＢＴ衍生。结果表明，该法简单、省时、回收率高（８０．０％～８４．７％），成本低，最低检出量为１０ｎｇ，线性范围为３０－２０００ｎｇ。In this paper , the method for cereal T-2 toxin detecting was reported in detail. The T-2 toxitn was extracted with mixture liquid of chloroform and dry alcohol ,and the extracted material was de-fatted by n-Hexane , and then eluted by a carbon active-aluminum oxide column. The objective material was de- rived with TBT. This method is simple , sensitive and cheap. It has a linear range of 30- 2000ng/μl in one injection.
