摘  要:目的探讨护士长人本化管理干预对减轻精神科护士工作倦怠感的影响。方法将80例精神科护士随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组进行常规的管理,观察组给予人本化管理干预。采用工作倦怠感量表(MBI)^[1]进行评定,该量表主要包含了3个分量表,分别测量:情绪疲溃感量表(EE)、去人格化量表(DP)、个人成就感量表(PA)。结果干预前,两组精神科护士EE、DP、PA评分比较均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);人本化管理干预1年后,观察组EE、DP评分明显低于对照组,PA评分明显高于对照组,两组比较均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论护士长人本化管理干预能明显减轻精神科护士的工作倦怠感,从而使精神科护士发挥其主观能动性,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of human - central management to reduce job burnout of nurses in psychiatry department. Methods 80 nurses were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was given the human - central management and the control was given the route management. The maslach burnout inventory, which included three subscale, emotional exhaustion, DE, PA, was used to evaluate the effect of the interference. Results Before the interference, there were no significant difference on EE, DP, and PA in two groups (P 〉 0. 05) . But after one year interference, the difference was obvious, the scores of EE and DP in study group was lower than that in control group, while the PA was higher than that. The difference was significant (P 〈0. 01) . Conclusion The human - central management can reduce job burnout of nurses in psychiatry department, which can help to increase the quality of nursing.
