摘　　要：中医高等教育,虽然取得了不少成绩,但随着我国高等教育大规模扩张时代的到来,各种矛盾凸显,中医培养质量受到影响。这也影响了用人单位的积极性。围绕市场需求,结合在用人实践和教学实践中的体会,强调培养学生自主学习能力、发展学生高层次思维能力、培养创新型人才、加强实践教学环节,探讨中医如何培养适应社会需求人才。指出要加强对中医教育体系本身的研究,尊重认知规律。通过合理设置课程,增加学生临床实践时间;基础理论教学要从学科群角度进行整合优化;临床课程教学导入基于问题的学习模式;加强科研创新课程设置,全面提升学生创新素质。探索教学结构以及新的教学方法的引入,提高课堂教学效果等一系列改革思路。要保证中医人才培养的质量,还要造就一支高素质和高水平的教师队伍。总之,面向市场完善中医高等教育是一个不断探索的过程,特别需要改革意识和创新精神。Although have scored remarkable achievements, higher education of Chinese medicine are affected by the arrival of the age of the large - scale expansion in higher education in our country. A complexity of contradictions appears, and bearing unfavourably on the quality of teaching. This phenomenon acts as a disincentive to employers. This article is about how to cultivate talents who can fit in with the needs of the society, from these points： the demand on market, experience from practice of teaching and employment, developing students＂ abilities and motivation towards studies, increasing the power of thinking, training top - notch talents with innovative ideas, and to gain practical experience. One of the points is that it is needed to strength the research on the education system of traditional Chinese medicine itself, and proving it in many ways. To readjust the courses and increasing time of clinical practice; regulating and optimizing the theory education by subject groups; taking question based study system into clinic courses; increasing more research courses and improving the overall quality of students; respecting the law of recognize, and exploring the education construction ; introducing new teaching method and increasing teaching efficient, all the above belongs to a thinking of reformation. There is also another thing which is needed to ensure the quality of teaching, to buildup a teacher team with high quality and high level. Accordingly, bettering higher education of Chinese medicine and geared it to the market is a process need to be explored in depth, especially need the awareness of reformation, the spirit of innovation.
