摘　　要：目的:探讨华佗健聪汤防治Aβ所致老年痴呆的作用及机理。方法:用凝聚态Aβ1-42制备出AD模型后,取正常组、假损伤组、模型组、中药预防组、中药治疗组、阳性药物对照组各组大鼠的全脑或海马检测T-AOC、MDA、NO、NOS(分型)、chAT、TchE等指标。结果:中药预防组、中药治疗组与模型组相比,T-AOC、cNOS、chAT、TchE明显增高,而MDA、NO、iNOS明显降低,尤其是中药预防组,某些数值优于正常组和阳性药物对照组。结论:本方对AD有显著的防治作用,其机理与抗氧化的作用密切相关;同时,本方能促进神经递质Ach和NO的生成,亦是其益智作用的前提。Objective ：To study the effect and function of Huatuo Jiancong Tang on preventing rats with Aβ Induced Alzheimer＇s Disease. Mehods ：.After making the AD models by Aβ1-42 ,draw the whole brain or hippocampus of rats in ordinary group, model group, traditional Chinese Medicine prevention group, traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group and positive control - group, and detect the biochemical marks of T - AOC, MDA, NO, NOS （ different types）, chAT, TChE. Result ：Comparing the traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese Medicine prevention group, T- AOC, eNOS, chat and TChE increased remarkably, and total NO, iNOS decreased obviously. Especially the marks of prevention group was better than ordinary group and positive control - group. Conclusion ：This prescription prevent and cure AD prominently . The Mechanism related closely to the function of anti - oxidation. At the same time, the prescription could accelerate producing Ach and NO, which is also the precondition of improving the intelligence.
