体育教学质量综合评价模型的构建与应用研究

摘　　要：从改革体育教学质量评价方法出发,以体育教师的教学质量作为综合评价对象,主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法、层次分析法等方法,将"学生评教"、"教师评学"、"教学效率数学模型"三者有机结合,研制了"体育教学质量综合评价模型"。研究认为:"体育教学质量综合评价模型",是定性评价与定量评价相结合,进行价值判断的一种重要的科学操作方法。Starting from the point that reform the way to evaluate teaching quality in physics and taking teaching quality as target,we unite three-tudents evaluate teachers, teachers evaluate teaching,mathematic mode on teaching efficiency,into one to develop a mode for overall evaluation in physical teaching. We used literature searching, questionnaire,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process in this paper and considered it is a scientific mode that combine qualitative and quantitative evaluation together to make judge.
