摘 要:奥运城市交通仿真平台用于模拟奥运期间北京市区交通运行状况,在宏观和微观层面上提供交通规划、交通组织、交通需求管理方案测试的平台。仿真平台采用先进的基于活动链的理念,在分析城市日常交通需求和赛时交通特征变化的基础上,以大量的实测数据为基础搭建了模型的框架体系,并介绍了背景交通模型和奥运运行模型两部分内容。最后,以赛时交通需求管理政策的制定为例,说明了奥运城市交通仿真平台的应用。Urban transportation simulation platform is used to simulate traffic operation in Beijing urban area during 2008 Olympic Games, which is also a testing platform for transportation planning, transportation organizing and demand management in macro and micro levels. Based on advanced idea of activity chain, and an analysis of urban daily traffic demand and the change of traffic characteristics during Olympic Games, this paper, constructing a model system according to large quantity of survey data, introduces transportation modeling for daily demand and demands generated during the Games. Finally, the paper illustrates applicability of the simulation platform through a case study of Olympic traffic demand management policy.
