摘　　要：随着科学技术的迅速发展,计算机辅助教学(CAI)在体育教学中得到了应用,同时现代化的教育技术在教育领域的广泛应用,大大促进了学校教育教学理论与实践的发展。体育作为素质教育的重要组成部分,要根据学科的特点,充分运用现代教育技术,提高教学质量和效果。With the rapid development of science and technology,computer-assisted instruction（CAI）has been applied in physical education,at the same time,wide application of modern educational techology in the field of education has greatly promoted education optimization theory and practical development.Sports,as an important part of quality education,should make full use of modem educational technology to improve teaching quality and effectiveness accoriding to the characteristics the subject
