摘  要:目的探讨如何将目标教学法应用于外科手术操作临床带教中。方法将实习三阶段根据每段的具体情况制定每周的知识目标和技能目标,通过晨会、讲座等形式对学生进行有效的指导并考核评价。结果目标教学法提高了临床教学质量。结论目标教学法有利于完成教学大纲,有利于实习效果的考评。Objective To discuss how to apply the objective teaching method in the surgical operation in the clinical guidance and teaching. Methods Divide practice into three stage,according to each stage's special details formulation each week's knowledge goal and the skill goal, through forms and so on early morning meeting,course,carries on the effective instruction to the student and inspects the appraisal. Results The clinical quality of teaching was improved with the method of objective teaching. Conclusion The objective teaching method is advantageous in the program of instruction, is helpful for the practice evaluation of examination.
